| Application procedures | You can apply for the center’s library borrowing service for free. For those who apply for family membership, each applicant can have an individual membership card. You can borrow computers, chess equipment and use the toy park facilities for free. Members aged 11 and above can use the study room of this center. Members can enjoy membership discounts by participating in some activities organized by the center. | ||

| Termination and withdrawal of membership | If you need to cancel your membership, please visit our center in person to go through the cancellation procedures. If a service user poses a nuisance, danger to other service users or staff, or intentionally damages the center’s public property, the center has the right to require the service user to terminate and exit the service. | ||
