The Centre provides various in-centre activities and services, e.g. recreation activities, interest classes, library service, study room, youth facilities. Beside, the Centre would transform into a integrated Youth Service Centre to provide the need of the community new services include:
Drop-in Service
- Computer Services
Free use of computer & internet surfing service for members - Lending of Chess Lending free to members of chess (Flying Chess & Small Balls Chess etc.).
- Toys Paradise Provide cushion ball, chess, Ping Pong Ball and toys for members for playing for fun.
- Let’s Relax Zone Provide playing cards, Wii, Tea & refreshment, film screening.
- Shan King Cinema Film screening for members for relaxing
- Birthday Party Provide birthday parties, playing games, eating snacks & cakes, and lucky draws.
Library & Study Room Services
Provide a miniature library for the public, lending books and providing newspapers and magazines for reading.
Growing Sky Program (Primary)
To provide “development courses” and “support courses” for Primary Four to Primary Six students to help them acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes to face adversity and motivate them to face challenges in their growth. Parents and teachers play a very important role in the development of children. Their unconditional care for children, encouragement, trust, reasonably high expectations and meaningful opportunities for participation all contribute to a child’s resilience. Therefore, the programme attaches great importance to and encourages the active participation of parents and teachers to jointly build a resilience culture in the school and family environment, so that children can more actively face the challenges of growth.
Multi-talent Interest Class
Provide various interest classes for children and youths, discover their talent, enhance their interest in learning.
Tutors as well as Learners Class
“Tutors as well as Learners” Class mean that your partner become your friend, he may be your tutor, he also learn form you too, it enable the residents learning different skills from each others, increase their talents.
